1. Our commitment
This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of quality, not an afterthought: pages are reviewed for accessibility as they are designed, built, and updated.
2. Measures we take
Measures currently in place across the site include:
Full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link
Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
Semantic landmarks and a logical heading hierarchy on every page
Labels on all form controls, with error summaries and inline error messages
Status messages announced to assistive technology on form submission
Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — animation is reduced or removed
Colour contrast targeted to WCAG 2.2 AA, with status never conveyed by colour alone
Touch targets of at least 44 pixels on buttons and navigation
Descriptive alternative text on informative images
Accessible accordions and pricing tables, with tables that stack on small screens
3. Ongoing work
Accessibility is continuous work. As new pages, forms, and features are added, they are reviewed against the same WCAG 2.2 AA target. Some third-party content — such as embedded maps or externally hosted documents — may not fully conform; where we identify a barrier in third-party content, we look for an accessible alternative.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter anything on this site that is difficult to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or any other assistive technology, we want to know. Please describe the page and the problem through the contact page, and mention that your message is accessibility feedback. We will review every report and work to correct confirmed barriers.
5. About this statement
This statement covers the public Two Feathers Technology Services website. It will be reviewed and updated as the site evolves and as assessment results become available.
