Our Structure
A Joint Venture Rooted in Shoal Lake Cree Nation
Two Feathers Technology Services was established through a Joint Venture Limited Partnership (JVLP) between Quantum Strategies and Shoal 357 Innovation Strategies, creating a partnership that brings together world-class technical expertise with visionary Indigenous leadership and community-driven innovation.
At the heart of this partnership is Shoal 357 Innovation Strategies, the Economic Development Corporation of Shoal Lake Cree Nation. Guided by the leadership of Chief Erma Merasty and Council, Shoal Lake Cree Nation has embraced a forward-looking vision—one that recognizes technology, innovation, and strategic partnerships as catalysts for long-term prosperity, self-determination, and opportunity for future generations.
Complementing this Indigenous leadership is Quantum Strategies, a technology and strategic advisory firm specializing in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, managed IT services, cloud technologies, software engineering, governance, and organizational modernization.
